About Me

JoAnne: I was born and raised in Garden City, UT and have lived all my life around Bear Lake. My parents are Doug and Merle Spence. I have 5 sisters that are my favorite people in the world. My husband is Vernon. He owns and operates Andersen Lawn Service and Enterprises. My mother was a broker when I first got my real estate license. I worked with her until she retired and in 2000 I made the move to Town & Country Realty Bear Lake. I have had my license for over 20 years and have seen a lot of change here.
